Salary: £12.08 per hour / £22K per annum
Contract: Full Time, Permanent (35 hours per week)

About the Role:
We are seeking empathetic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Mental Health Support Workers. This rewarding role involves working with people of all age groups, helping them navigate their mental health journeys and live fulfilling lives.
As a Mental Health Support Worker, you will be a vital part of a team that offers life-changing support. You will be based in Wiltshire, with easy access from Westbury, Frome, Trowbridge, Mere, Gillingham, Shaftesbury, Melksham, Devizes, and Bradford on Avon.
Key Duties:
  • Provide one-on-one and group support to individuals with mental health issues.
  • Assist clients in developing coping strategies and life skills to enhance their independence.
  • Work closely with healthcare professionals to deliver tailored support plans.
  • Encourage social inclusion and help clients access community resources.
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to the development of care plans.
  • Support clients with daily activities, ensuring their safety and wellbeing.

Essential Criteria:
  • No previous experience is required; however, an empathetic and understanding nature is crucial.
  • A non-judgmental attitude and excellent listening skills.
  • Passionate about making a real impact in the lives of others.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and every other weekend as part of a rota.
