- A relevant professional qualification working with children & young people.
- Qualified in Behavioural approaches or Psychology would be desirable.
- Experience of working with Children with Autism/SEND, attachment disorders & PMLD.

Your Duties
Due to a continued need for our services, your role will be to deliver a high-quality support to our Children & Young People with Learning Disabilities to ensure they pursue their life goals and ambitions.- You will monitor, quality assure and implement behaviour strategies to reduce risk.
- Focus continuously on positive outcomes for our young people.
- Working with external agencies and internal teams to put interventions in place.
- Act as a role model and support the development and improvement of our teams.
- Improve communication, sensory and mental health strategies.
- Motivating and coaching and working directly with the children.
- Collecting appropriate and accurate data and recording.
- Sharing knowledge with management to ensure effectiveness of intervention programmes.
