Your Role
As their Chef you will as a team to provide nutritious meals and healthy meals for the Children & Young People they support. You will menu plan The Young people in their care have a range of dietary requirements, so it is very important that their needs and choices are taken in consideration whilst also working with our specialist therapy team to develop a suitable menu. You will line manage a team ensuring adequate induction, training and support, whilst also been very hands on yourself.
Key Information
- £13.14 per hour - £14.72 per hour / £23’500 - £26’300 Actual Salary
- Full-time, 40-hours per week, Term Time Only.
- Experience working in a catering environment (school, residential or healthcare setting).
- Experience of catering for complex dietary needs.
- Working knowledge of COSHH regulations and food hygiene procedures.
- Level 2 Food Hygiene – desired.
