Full Time, Permanent, Care Coordinator / Scheduler, Swindon Area of Wiltshire. Located just off the A3102 a 15-minute commute from Swindon Town Centre.  Car Driver Essential.

Duties
As their Care Coordinator you will have experience of the Care Sector, Admin and computer skills and have a problem-solving brain. 
  • Managing and Coordinating or Care Assistants Rota’s.
  • Ensuring we are covered for holidays and sickness.
  • Care Planning & Ensuring compliance at all times.
  • Sharing on call which is currently every 7-8 Weeks.
  • Keeping accurate records and administrative duties.
  • Liaising with clients, families, and outside agencies in a professional & caring manner.
