Duties

As Clinical Psychologist, you will be supporting young adults with complex needs mainly associated with high-functioning Autism, Anxiety, Social & Emotional or Mental Health conditions. You will use psychological models and practices to enhance the cognitive and emotional skills of the young people in order to prepare them for adult life and independence. You will closely with parents, teachers, social workers, and doctors to provide the very best outcome for the young people.

Criteria

  • Post graduate doctoral level training & qualification in Psychology or Psychotherapy
  • Substantial post qualification experience with Children & Young People.
  • Good knowledge of psychometric tools.
  • Experience working with young people living with ASD and complex needs (SEMH).
  • Substantial experience and experience of working with Children & Young People.
  • Registered with Health & Care Profession Council (HCPC) and BPS or equivalent.
  • A Full, valid, UK Driving Licence.
