We are now looking for an Education Co-ordinator to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis.

The Role

As an Education Co-ordinator, you will assist in the administration and day to day running of our educational programmes.

Answering a range of queries, you will respond to emails and phone calls, input data into spreadsheets and oversee course and workshop bookings across a range of our programmes.

You will also support the delivery of our workshops in schools, undertaking training to ensure delivery and teaching match our standards.

Additionally, you will:

- Liaise with the Accounts Department regarding invoicing, delivery staff pay and expenses
- Source venues, confirm catering arrangements and other requirements for events
- Support in the design and development of resources and educational materials

About You

To be considered as an Education Co-ordinator, you will need:

- Strong knowledge of the UK educational system
- Excellent word processing and data management skills
- A degree level qualification or equivalent experience

Please note, this role will include working occasional evenings and weekends as well as travelling occasionally.
