- £12.40 per hour + on-call duties paid additionally.

Your Role
As their Community Care Supervisor, you will enable a team of dedicated Care Workers to deliver high-quality, person-centred care at all times. You will carry out client assessments, write detailed care plans, provide supervision and mentoring, set the standards, and be a positive role model. You will also provide care where required and participate in the on-call rota.
Criteria
- Experience working within a homecare/domiciliary care service – essential.
- Experience of writing care plans & providing care - essential.
- Level 3 Health & Social Care – preferred.
- Full UK Driving Licence – essential.
