We are recruiting for a Field Care Supervisor close to the Bradford area of West Yorkshire to join a homecare/domiciliary care provider.

This Care Supervisor job vacancy will involve travel between Bradford, Leeds, and Wakefield, so may also suit a candidate living in one of those areas or nearby. The job could be perfect for a Senior Care Assistant ready to progress or an existing Field Care Supervisor/Team Leader looking for a new opportunity.
  • £12.40 per hour + on-call duties paid additionally.
  • 20-30 hours per week guaranteed hours, with on-call duties twice per month.

Your Role
As their Community Care Supervisor, you will enable a team of dedicated Care Workers to deliver high-quality, person-centred care at all times. You will carry out client assessments, write detailed care plans, provide supervision and mentoring, set the standards, and be a positive role model. You will also provide care where required and participate in the on-call rota.

Criteria
  • Experience working within a homecare/domiciliary care service – essential.
  • Experience of writing care plans & providing care - essential.
  • Level 3 Health & Social Care – preferred.
  • Full UK Driving Licence – essential.
