Referral & Placements Manager ,  job vacancy , Remote / Home Based covering the North & Northwest of England.   The area includes Yorkshire, Lancashire & Cheshire.

Criteria
  • Experience of working in the Specialist Education or Children or Adult Social Care.
  • Experience of working in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships.
  • It is preferred if you live within the North / Northwest of England.
  • Knowledge of EHCP & SEN Code of practice is desirable.

Duties
As the Placements & Referral Manager you will work within the Business Development Team and alongside our Senior Leadership team.  You will play an essential role in developing and maintaining strong relationships and referrals for the North Region. 
  • Coordinating & progression of referrals.
  • Putting in place an efficient referrals process to maximise opportunities.
  • Actively following up all referrals and ensuring successful conversions.
  • Be an excellent ambassador to promote the organisation as an outstanding provider.
  • Supporting parents through appeals / tribunals with the support of the Service team.
  • Managing of tender framework and referral submissions.
  • Reporting and following processes.
