- On call is for holiday cover only.
- Minimum NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care or equivalent.
- Registered Manager, Deputy Manager or Care Coordinator looking to progress.
- Experience in the domiciliary/homecare sector essential.
- Good CQC knowledge & ability to grow a branch.
- Experience of growing private client base.
- Car Driver – essential.
Employer
You would be joining a high-quality homecare provider to older adults in the local community. Rather than deliver high volumes of care packages they want to grow slowly and ensure that quality is their key focus. Currently running on 700 hours per week they would ideally like to grow this to 1000 hours per week. With a fantastic recruitment campaign in place, they have enough Care Assistants with more awaiting start date.
Duties
As their Registered Manager, you will have experience in the homecare/domiciliary care sector. You will be someone who can inject positivity naturally into the team, someone who is a true leader and can create an environment where everyone thrives. You will be driven, customer focussed and someone who enjoys speaking to clients and taking on new care packages with passion for the providing the very best care. With the support of the owner, 2 x Care Coordinator and 3 Supervisors who also carry out assessments you have a ready-made team waiting for a manager to lead and inspire them.
