We are looking for a Registered Care Manager / Branch Manager for our Good CQC Rated Homecare service in Halifax in the heart of the Calderdale Area.  Car Driver Essential.  Applications welcome for those looking for career progression.

Location of the Care Branch
Located 7 mins / 1.9 Miles from Halifax Town Centre, via the A629 or 27 Mins / 9.4 Miles from Huddersfield Town Centre via the A629, and 26 mins / 9.4 miles from Bradford Town Centre via B6145 Thornton Road / A629.
  • £35K - £45K per annum DOE
  • On Call – Free to choose own rota arrangements.
About us
Pretty much all our of our team have worked with us since this Branch opened 12 years ago.  As an organisation we own 12 Branches with a fantastic structure to ensure the support is available at every level of the organisation.  Our Halifax office currently delivers 1100 hours of care per week which is mainly to older adults but there is massive scope to provide support to Adults with Learning Disabilities / Supported Living and outreach.  One of our key strengths is that we are forward thinking, the owner of the business regularly delivers care so he can look at ways to support the staff team and work together to explore new ideas!  Recruitment wise we have a low staff turnover but also regularly onboard Care Assistants and can even offer sponsorship, but we only employ the best care assistants with the right values.

About You
You will be a fantastic leader and cascade our values across the team and be You will want to join a team you can be proud to be part of and have previous experience within the Social Care sector ideally within the Domiciliary / Homecare / Community setting.  We are open to applicants looking to progress from Care Coordinator or Deputy Manager level, if you feel you are ready to take the next step managing your own Branch.  As we are looking to develop the branch you will be someone with lots of ideas and happy to explore new care / support avenues.
As our Registered Manager you will have a great team to support you and for you to lead.  This includes a Deputy Care Manager, 2 Full Time and 2 Part Time Care Coordinators, 1 Medication Coordinator, 1 Assessment & Review officer and a full-time recruitment officer.
