We are recruiting on behalf of a Specialist Education College & training centre for young people. The young people in full time education all have a learning disability or physical disability. This is a very special place to work, a place that changes lives and provides fantastic education, skills, and helps the young people gain confidence. The aim of the college is to equip their Young Adults to become work and life ready.
Your Role
You will have a passion to work with Young People with their daily living skills, promoting their independence, assisting with any personal care, support with medication, and assist with activities in the community. You will work professionally, sensitively, and always ensure that the Young People are kept safe with us. You will help them with their daily routines from getting up on a morning, helping with any mobility issues and keep them as independent as possible. Supporting them with activities and promoting their individual interests.
